In Burke's Landed Gentry, Great Britain, 1952, p 243?, under Boyd formerly
of WESTWARD HO, Devon, England, it lists:-
It has the second son of John Boyd (1640-1710) and Isabella Smith as:-
"Matthew Boyd of Rusky, Co Londonderry, Ireland" with no other details.
His brother was born in 1674, so it would be assumed that this Matthew could
have been born in either the late 1670's or early 1680's.
I could not find any Rusky, Co Londonderry in my map. So it may be an
townland or now an suburb of Londonderry city.
