to pay 1 day after date of 15 July 1836 $600.00 to John M. Daniels."
James M. Daniels was from Montgomery Co. Paul Evans and Silas Evans
were from Clark co. F. May 1841. Sued for $1,000.00 Wit. for John M.

lives. Clay Wise and Allen were to make a quiet claim deed. Stone was
to pay $100.00. Title was not good and the indenture was restrained.
James Stone wants a restraining order to keep Sidebottom and others
from collecting judgement.
Orson C. Cole & Henry B. Asbell vs. William Tipton and Henry L. Ward.
Ward was tenant of Henry B. Asbell and Orson C. Cole. Subtenant
indebted to Henry Beatty. Two piles of stone coal belonging to cole
and Asbell value $500.00. Asbell and Cole let Hardin L. Ward work
from 22 Feb. 1838 to 1 Nov. 1838 1 coal pit
