We're dealing with several generations of Tobias's.
1. The Journal of the VA house of Burgesses records a letter from Tobias
Bowles re the French in Canada. 1705.
2. Musgrave's Obituary, PSxxxiii,601, records death of Tobias Bowles,
Maryland Merchant, 14 June 1727.
3. Tobias Bowles of Charleston, atty at law, and Susanna Drayton, a minor
abt 18 years old, daughter of Rebecca and John Drayton. 10 March 1795.
