Hello listers! I am wondering if anyone can provide me with
information
regarding cemetery records. I am looking for a John Cartwright LEE and
wife Mary Ann that died sometime between 1881 and 1891 censuses. They
lived in Bedwelty parish, I think in the town of Ebbw Vale. I have seen
there are records for the parish cemeteries, but am wondering how I would
find out whether he was buried in a parish cemetery or a public cemetery.
Are these cemeteries indexed? Are they available to the public, and how
would I go about researching them? Any information would certainly be ap
preciated!

There is only one John Cartwright LEE in the Wales 1881 census, and his
details match what you have given, except that his wife is shown as Alice
LEE. They seem a bit young to have died before the 1891 census?
Perhaps Alice died and John remarried to a Mary Ann?
