John Denley's mother is formerly Gladys Williams, and she had an Uncle
Daniel Williams, from Varteg, and her father Elvyn Williams married a
Watkins, but not Emily. John's mum said they paid little attention to such
detail when they were young, but she didn't recall an Emily.
