I found a young man who lived in Blaenafon Wales. He sent me lots if Welsh
info and then he wrote a book: Blaenafon, Birth Place of Steel &
acrifice - (Mountain Thoughts).
His name was Alonzo Matthews.
Book was published by PUBLISHAMERICA, LLP
ISBN:1-4241-O350-9

Alonzo died just before I got the book, His daughter sent me a message to
let me know.

address.
It's dated 6 September 2006
Good luck,

Although I have been quiet on this 'blog', I have been fascinated by all
of the interest and exchanges. Thanks to everyone that participates, I
read ALL of them!
Some of you are apparently quite advanced in geneology research. May I
kindly ask some of you to reply as to how to begin the process?
My own geneology comes from Tredegar but have been blocked somewhat from
family records by virtue of the fact that the family came to America in
the 1800's (Pennsylvania and her coal mines)and I have now gone to
Australia!
