Hello Georgia,
I am assuming that you are referring to Penuel Calvanistic Methodist in
Ebbw Vale which was built circa 1818. Gwent record office hold film of
births/baptisms 1819-1837 and also Parish Registers for marriages
1930-1986. Gwent FHS have also MI's (monumental inscriptions) for the
Old Penuel Graveyard. Gwent RO will carry out an hours search for you,
cost about 15 GB pounds. It may well be less for overseas people.
I haven't got the MI's right now, or I would do a search for you.
Best wishes

It is my understanding that this chapel was established in Bedwellty
parish
around 1819.
Does anyone have access to the chapel records? If so, would you do a look up
for the Edmunds family entries? Does the Gwent FHS do lookups for its
members if specifics are given?
I appreciate your help.
Regards,
Georgia
