Elsie
Is it possible for you to check in the 1871 census to see if there is any
reference to Brynn, particularly William and Mary, or James & Ann Llewellyn?
I have "lost" these, although the Llewellyns and their Brynn grandchildren
are on the 1861 census. If you have the time I would be very grateful.

Hi Kate,
The LDS just called and the 1861 and 1871 Rhymney, MON census' are in to
view. Since they're only open 2 evenings a week, I won't get up until
next
Wed. evening.
I have your request for 1861. If you also want a lookup on 1871 let me
know
before next Wed.

Hi Elsie!
If the film covers Piece 4001, could you take a peek for this lot, please?
I'd like all the details, including as much of an address as is given, and
all members of the household(s) these PRICE people, particularly Watkin,
belong to.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
PRICE Elizabeth - 13 - Bedwellty / Uchlawrcoed / Rumney - 4001/87/03
PRICE Evan - 55 - Bedwellty / Uchlawrcoed / Rumney - 4001/87/03
PRICE John - 19 - Bedwellty / Uchlawrcoed / Rumney - 4001/87/03
PRICE Watkin - 11 - Bedwellty / Uchlawrcoed / Rumney - 4001/87/03
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This Watkin is the same age as my 1st cousin (4 times removed) of the same
name, and sometimes lives within a few streets of him, so I'm wondering if
this family stems from the LLangynidr (Rassau) & Bedwellty (Ebbw Vale)
PRICE
army, or the Glamorgan ones - the name crops up from time to time
elsewhere
in the UK, but can mostly be traced back to either of these origins.
happy hunting tomorrow!
x Kate.
