Dear Listers,
You may be interested to know that I have just added an extra two permanent
special features to my "Images of Wales" webpages.
The special features are:
1. The inn, limekilns, brickworks, and railway, Penwyllt, Breconshire -- a
three-page exploration of the industrial heritage of Penwyllt, once a
thriving but isolated community near Craig-y-nos in the Brecon Beacons
National Park. The webpages include 33 pictures and explanatory text.
2. Old Prints of South and West Wales -- a four-page display of 18th and
19th century prints and engravings of the Welsh landscape, supplemented by
contemporary descriptions of the subjects illustrated. The 45 images cover
the counties of Breconshire, Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire, Glamorgan,
Monmouthshire, and Pembrokeshire.
