Dear John
Thank you for yet another excellent set of photos - Llanelly. I left Blaina
when I was 11, and frequently revisit the area - but don't think I have ever
stopped in Llanelly for a walk around. I have now discovered that my
relatives moved there in the early 1800s from Brecon and Radnor - moving
into Brynmawr by the 1860s or so.
Many thanks again - I needed the bomb you have put under me.
Anne

Dear Listers,
I have just uploaded this week's Retrospectives onto my website.
They include:
1. The village and parish of Llanelly in the county of Breconshire (eleven
pictures). The study includes the ancient parish church and the 180-year-old
Bethlehem Baptist Chapel. This feature was first shown on 'Images of Wales'
in June 1998.
2. A walk around the market town of Tregaron in the county of Cardiganshire
(six pictures). This feature was first shown on 'Images of Wales' in May
1999.
As usual, these webpages will be on display for one week.
'Retrospective Images of Wales' is at
www.jlb2005.plus.com/walespic/retro/retro.htm
After viewing the Retrospectives, why not explore my 'Webpage Archive' and
make your own Retrospective requests.
Kind regards,
John
