Dear Linda and list,
I have completed 'Brynmawr Municipal cemetery burials 1854-1932' onto CD
in Adobe Actrobat P.D.F format which will include a copy of the Reader
(version5) just in case some people haven't a copy. It is in surname
order and date of burial, where known, age at burial and also the Row,
Grave, section information.
Only task is getting some pics of Brynmawr cemetery itself to add to the
final pages. The heavy rain has prevented me from doing so. Brynmawr
cemetery is not the nicest place to be in wet weather!
I am being 'pressured', in the nicest possible way, to get it out ASAP
as an Ebbw Vale branch of Gwent FHS publication. This project is the
fruition of about 6 years using our branch volunteers. There are over
12,000 burial entries.
The price will be 7GBP sterling and will be available from Gwent FHS
sales officer, Genfair and Parish Chest and of course at our Ebbw Vale
branch if anyone visits us on research or 'talk' evenings.
When I have the CD's ready, Sales Officer Ann Macey (Gwent FHS) will put
them out on Genfair, Parish Chest and also direct from herself, for UK
best regards
Barrie Jones, Gwent
