Seeking information on the Zeller family from Lowrin/Lovrin. The earliest records I have don't overlap with the LDS records that end in 1840.
The earliest records I have are for two sisters (children of a Franz Zeller):
-Anna Zeller b. about 1887, arrived in US in 1909 and married Johann Decker
-Karolina "Lottie" Z. Zeller b. 15 July 1891 according to her marriage record. Arrived in 1911 and married Peter Paulus.
I would be so grateful for any lookups/suggestions on the family and ancestors of Franz Zeller and whomever might be the mother to Anna and Karolina.
Hi Dennis, I’m not responding to the message you posted for someone else, but have my own question. I just discovered where to look for information on my Grandfather. It’s in the Gertianosch Familienbuch by Dietmar Giel. I’m looking for this book in CD for.
But my question is, will there be a place for those of us searching for our family after this page goes into archives in March of 2020? I’m so disappointed that I just got here and it’s going to be gone forever.
Thanks, Linda Wyatt

Hi I know this post is a few years back , but I just stumbled on it by chance.
My grandmother was born Schwiegerath and was born in Johannisfeld in 1924 and her brother, Nikolaus was born in 1926. So I am guessing that my great grandfather born around 1900 must be a relative of yours.
Currently there are the sons of Nikolaus Schwiegerath (1926) living in Germany/Nuernberg.
This is all I know for now, not sure it helps 😊
All the best,
