about a book that is relevant if anyone else is on this same trail, or
just to leave the reference in the archives in case someone is looking
later on. Author - Desley Drevins. Abt 1984-5 Title: The English
Connection (Pickup Descendants in Australia). No idea who the publisher
is and whether it is still available. Said to be a booklet. I will check
out a library when I get a chance. Ray, Thanks for your tip too. I will
have a brief visit to Oz about the October long weekend so must put
aside a little time to do some research. As Lesley mentioned, living
