Right. But the existing files with the Notice already on them do not
have to be changed.. that would be a nightmare!
So the files that were submitted while the old notice was in effect, *can* be
"recalled" by the submitter?
The extra line might result in fewer submissions, but in the long
run,
will prevent misunderstandings.

There are rumors going around, and I've been accused in private
e-mail,
that I'm going to put the Archives on a cd and sell them. That's absurd.
I haven't heard that concern expressed - just the one about RootsWeb possibly
becoming a commercial site.
