And that's exactly how it should be done.
Instead of having that plan in stone, however, because not every
volunteer spends the exact amount of time on the Archives files, it's
nice to have an option to work with other uploaders.
Look where we've gotten since June 1996. There were people handling six,
seven, even 20 states. Now we have individual county archivists in some
cases.
As I said, the key is communication. The archivists/fm's, if it's prefer
red, then please let the other special project volunteers know they
should send the files to you. At that time, you can ask if they would
mind formatting and prepping the files, if that would help save you
time, too.

or fooling with my toc. If you, or anyone else, were to u/l a file there's
a possibility I could overwrite it if I didn't know it was there. It can
be sent to me... or put somewhere temp. and the URL sent to me so I can
grab it.
