As a bearer of bad news, I need to mention that incorporation of any archives
project has nothing to do with the legaleze of registering a trade name. The
pitfall is they can do it behind your back under another pseudo. Thereby,
your registered trade mark will be a lonely duck and you will still fight the
battle, which of course you will win.
If you want real solidarity or *protection* of the "Archives Project", I
recommend filing with the copyright venue and that will get you at least 75
years beyond your date of death. Don't forget to mention all the file
managers in your document heading.
As reference reading, you may also research *right of domain* which is a new
angle to the Internet. That battle is has not been won by anyone... YET!
"Squatters" terminology doesn't apply to world wide web frontiersmen.
