lists9Topic: serious researchers of Early Families in Southern States during the colonial period to share and exchange records, documentation, and other research regarding families who settled in southern states, especially in the Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina regions, in the 1600s and 1700s (prior to the Revolution). This will be a list based upon solid scholarship and archival research. It is intentionally broader than a surname or county list as we hope to discuss links between geographic areas and clusters of migrating families.
